Tea 'N Sanity Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy! Satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you received, you may return unused items within 30 days of the purchase date, with a receipt for a full refund. If you do not have your receipt you may give us your order number, name and address. If the order has an error that is caused by us we will refund the return shipping cost.

*Merchandise items returned must be in like new condition, unless damaged by shipping.

Return Policy: Items maybe returned or exchanged within 30 days with receipt or order number. When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand and assist our customers for the future.

Please Note

We are unable to accept returns for international orders, custom orders, and all teas. All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Tea 'N Sanity is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Tea 'N Sanity. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return.
